1. Can I give my gift certificate to someone else?
   Sorry, gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Please refer to our Policies page for more information.
2. Do gift certificates expire?
   Gift certificates don't expire; however, prices are subject to change and there may be a charge for the difference. Please see our Policies page for more information.
3. Do you have services for teens?
   Yes, our teen services are brand new to Wolf Mountain and already getting rave reviews. We offer great facials including one for problem skin, massages including one for sports enthusiasts, a "Texting Treatment," and fun spa packages for dads/lads and moms/daughters, and BFFs.
4. How do your services for couples work?
   We have a wonderful Jacuzzi-style tub for two that most couples come in for and then get individual massages following. I don't have a room with two massage tables to do massages together. There is a very good reason for this. It is a more relaxing experience for each of you in rooms right next to each other. We have many couples come to us, and they love the tub and soothing room, and then they find an individual service for each is superb!
5. What are your hours?
   Monday: By Appointment Tuesday - Friday: 10 am - 5 pm Saturday: 9 am - 4 pm Sunday: Closed
6. What do you recommend for men?
   We have a variety of wonderful services designed with today's guy in mind including a Fitness Facial, a Re-Charge Massage, and a Half Time spa package that combines two services. We also carry Yonka Paris' exclusive line of skin care products for men. More and more men are discovering the benefits of good skin care, especially correcting the damage from the sun.
7. What products do you offer?
   We have a beautiful selection of home, spa and gift items - like hand-blown glass candles and aromatic air diffusers. We're always getting in new, irresistible items! We also carry Jane Iredale mineral make-up, Yonka Paris skin care products for men and women, SkinCeuticals, and Spa Blends. As a convenience, you can purchase many of our products online.
